Not only is this video glitching every few seconds, but lighting (on his face) is changing, structures (eg on top of the middle set of lights) are morphing at the glitches, his face position is jerking to different positions at the glitches, etc. Is the cabal low on funds or something? Probably hired a woke-joke, gender-confused, diversity hire as techie to generate this. You get what you pay for. That or it's the white hats trying to cause a glitch in some brainwashed sheep brains.

His voice doesn't travel even the slightest. lol

• The initial walk up looks suspicious. He gets large very quickly and seems to be walking up hill.
• If you look at places where his clothes are the same colour as the background something has trouble keeping the two parts distinct.
• The voice sounds as if it was recorded inside.

The light is very off, yup looks fake to me ...

No background noise and you can't see his breath. But does he want to advertise his actual location? No.
