Very possible. "Pops" molesting Hunter is one scenario. A second scenario, with Joe's first daughter dying at 1 yr. old in the "accident" that also killed his first wife, is Joe molesting Ashley and indoctrinating Hunter into the practice. Hunter would have been in his teens. Hunter then went on to replicate the practice with Natalie.
