Maybe because Russians quite sensibly know that nazis do not have exclusive claim over ancient symbols, no matter what bullshit Hollywood would have us believe?

Well, I remember ver clearly that a few days ago some people made a huge issue out of Zelensky wearing a T Shirt with an emblem that vaguely resembles the Iron Cross.

The swastika is a hate symbol anymore, regardless if its historical uses in other countries. If you're not ina Hindu temple, and if you're in the west after world war 2, it's understood that the swastika represents the Nazi regime. People don't just randomly display a swastika in order to display its historical uses, but as a representation of their racist and hateful beliefs. If the swastika really doesn't mean anything, why was everyone so upset about that Canadian swastika flag guy showing it off at the Canadians trucker rally?
