Not sure what the hell is up, but I usually don't go to the doctor. Got some weird neurological issues like ringing in the ears, anxiety, and muscle spasms and tics.
Just want to feel around to see if any of you guys are experiencing the same thing.
I've heard from a cple of people that they are experiencing the same thing. I've seen a lot of spraying by planes and I know 5g has been deployed.
Not saying this is what is wrong with me, but I find it strange that I'm having these all of a sudden for no apparent reason. Unvaxxed and trying to live healthy.
I don't think drinking distilled water is a good idea. Hyponatremia can be dangerous. https://healthyliving.azcentral.com/what-are-the-dangers-of-drinking-distilled-water-12394603.html
Yes, and so can contaminated drinking water. Of course, if one were to get hyponatremia, that would be bad. But, I've been drinking 100% distilled now going on two years, and previously purified bottled water for decades and am still doing quite well. Here's why I choose to do this:
In my neighborhood growing up, it was like the movie Erin Brockovich in that a number of children began dying of Leukemia and then older teenagers were getting breast cancer or brain cancer and parents died suddenly of other cancers.
Understandably, when nearly every family in our community seemed to have someone dying from some type of cancer (including my own mother) we had to get to the bottom of it. It took years to investigate, and we finally had our answer. There was ground water contamination from two different industries that tainted our drinking water with TCE (Trichloroethylene). It made it so they had to shut down many of the natural underground aquifers and the area became a SuperFund site that no longer blended municipal reclaimed water with fresh ground water.
But, we had no Erin Brockovich to carry our torch, so we were all left with the loss of our family members and dropped real estate values as we all moved to different places in town, far from the contamination. Naturally, my drinking water quality became a real important issue and I no longer trusted what came out of the tap.
So, I've been drinking purified water since the late 1980's. And, since the CV-19 lockdowns, I switched from purified to distilled. I make it myself and control all aspects of the production. I also take 23 supplements a day including 800 mg of Magnesium, and whole-food-based Fulvic-Humic minerals. I use plenty of Himalayan salt, eat fresh citrus off my trees. I have blood tests 2 x per year, (low thyroid) and never have had any issues with sodium or potassium or calcium being out of range.
I currently am doing a 1 hr. workout session 3 x a week, have decent stamina for my age, and do not have any heart issues, dizzy spells or other symptoms like that.
Thus, unless something changes, I will be continuing.
Agreed. Distilled NOT so good.
Yep you can even leach minerals out of your teeth over time and end up with cavities.
