On keto (or meat-o), no problems, comes out easy and clean. Off keto, smears for days. Literally spend half my day on the toilet, crapping my brains out for half of that (1/4 of the day), and the other half wiping (the other 1/4).
On keto, pump and dump, instead of speed running in games, I'd speed run my poops. In-and-out. Half the time ghost-wiping.
Keto is more difficult than buying keto products, which are generally not keto. Things I learned when I went keto. Read the Ingredients List. That itself could make most vomit when you realize the foods you enjoy are made with the worst ingredients. Even "Keto" products are made with palm / canola oils, contain all sorts of poisons, not sure why. I say Meato diet, because it is less likely that you consume effed up products, the ingredients on a pound of beef is... beef. If you tried a "clean" keto and you put the effort in initially, but still had poor results. The best thing I could recommend is a cleanse, and then a slow expansion, methodical. Beef is the safest meat, meaning, people with any sort of reaction to different foods is least likely to occur in beef. So eat nothing but beef, salt, and drinking water for a month. Over the 5th week, incorporate 1 or 2 different foods into your diet (Chicken and pork). The 6th week, add 1 or 2 more (Lamb and white fish). Once you have issues in the GI tract or any other issues, you know the culprit, or you know it's one of two different foods. That way, you can tailor your diet to your own body's needs. People have found all sorts of issues they just assumed were hereditary or because of age actually stemmed from their diet. In any case, cutting out / minimizing sugars and bad oils will do miracles for anyone, keto or not.
