Saudi Arabia, Palau, Niue and Kuwait are several that are more obese. Middle East/Polynesia usually is more obese but their definitions of obesity are different than the rest of the world. The problem with American obesity or overweight definitions, is they will use only average weight across all age groups without even factoring height and shoe size. They basically lie with statistics to get away with "low fat alternatives" loaded with GMO and corn syrup.
I've traveled to Piryugal, Netherlands, Spain, and more on many occasions. Americans, not only have a larger number of fat person to skinny person ratio, but the sheer amount of MORBIDLY obese people is unlike anything I've ever seen.
I haven't been to every country but even our poor have h7ge amounts of spherical people who can't even walk up a flight of stairs.
From what I have looked into people today are not eating any more than they were eating 50 years ago. The average person eats between 4-5 lbs of food. That is the point where the stomach feels full.
the difference is WHAT food is being consumed.
50 years ago+ the food contained more water. Fruit veggies things like that. Todays food is highly processed. Processed food removes the water to help items last longer
you can eat an 8 ounce potato or an 8 ounce bag of chips. As far as your stomach is concerned it is 8 ounces of food.
The potato would be about 100-200 calories and the bag of chips would be almost 10x the calories
Not sure about the top 10, but America's obesity is definitely over-exaggerated. It's a problem, yes -- of course it is. But in the land of plenty we also have plenty of access and freedoms (until 2020 anyway) to get the exercise we wanted or needed.
This. Each man and woman (again, prior 2020) is free to pursue whatever he or she is willing to, freely. Few are compelled to labor for their well-being and none have any obstacle to physical greatness.
Gyms can be expensive to pay for every month. When a lot of people are struggling with normal bills and living expenses, while working 2 jobs, even that hour of working out may not be a high priority when that hour could be spent with kids, or resting in order to go to work again. There are certain obstacles to healthy living in the US, to say nothing of the fact that actual healthy food is way more expensive than a lot of shitty food at the grocery stores.
I mean it is #12 unfortunately. It’s definitely not patriots though! I’ve been to 16 Trump/Patriot rallies and the only overweight, unfit people were AntiFa plants. There’s a reason liberal women want based men, because they’re built like Greek gods. Strong fast, intelligent and alpha as fuck. The studies I’ve read state most patriot conservatives have an IQ on par with MIT graduates and the top 5% of doctors and lawyers. Don’t even get me started on the most beautiful women in the world. A friend of mine works for a high end fashion magazine and she stated a large majority of their models are based as all fuck. They just pretend to be liberals for work. Once they get home, they can’t wait to wrap their legs around a patriot.
Number 12, yes, but closer to around number 100 (or even lower) than we are to number 1 percentage-wise (and much more in line with other countries like Canada, Australia, UK, etc. than we are with the top few). The top few countries get exponentially fatter starting after America.
But yea, most of our land whales are crazy libs who demand you call them beautiful, healthy individuals meanwhile they can't even get off the couch without a crane.
More propaganda. America is not the fattest country and isn't even in the top 10.

You forgot crisco.
I've seen plenty of folks in the U.K. that look like they know their way around a candy bar. Just sayin'.
