Hey there,
5-6 years ago, my doctor advised me to monitor my blood pressure and heart beat once a day.
This usually came around the following figures (averaging but these indeed were not very good):
- week days: 152/92, 93bpm
- weekend/hollidays: 145/85, 90 bpm
For the third week in a row, I now get a typically healthy 125/75, 75 bpm.
I would like to know if others here monitor themselves on a regular basis and if they also observed a similar amelioration?
Sorry if this sounds off-topic but IO am under the impression that something toxic has been taken from my life even if I cannot say exactly what… I would not be that surprised if anybody mentioned chemtrails or 5G…
Dude. Yes. Thank you for posting. I am able to think clearer. That is what I have noticed. And a lower BPM.
Resting HR is now at 49 down from 55
Walking around 73-80 BPM down from 90.
I too have seen a fairly dramatic improvement in my blood pressure. Wonder what we attribute this too...
I see it too. Even pregnant, when my heart is certainly working harder, resting rate has stayed in the low 60s and even chasing kids around at work at a full on run outside, I hang out around 110bpm max. I’ve got one efficient heart, apparently.
