It's mild Russian trash talking. Sort of like "we rule" or "we're taking over this chat."
First person says that she's Russian and proud. Second says Russia #1. Third says make some noise. Fourth says something like "we're on call, it's the middle of the night." Last just says "Russians, good evening."
