And said judge can be easily "persuaded" to recuse him/herself. Such is the nature of the fraudulent LEGAL system. The fact that everything rides on ONE MAN/WOMAN alone.
In a common law, Article I "Superior" court proceeding, there is merely a "referee" acting as "Justice of the Peace", easily replaceable on a whim, whose job is to neither make determinations on the "law" or the "facts". But instead, the justice's job is to merely ensure a fair and honorable proceeding. Any justice of the peace can step in at a moment's notice and perform this role. Thus rendering the "compromised judge" a moot point.
It's up to the jury "Of peers" to decide on both the law and the facts - as it should be. This is the way it was from 1789 to 1865, as well as a smattering of proceedings up until 1938 when the cabal merged common law and "equity" proceedings, thusly making every case a "LEGAL" proceeding (instead of "LAWFUL") tried in an Article III "Inferior court", dealing only with talking fictional entities (CorpOrations -> Talking corpses) --- which is the whole birth certificate strawman scam that was simultaneously launched in the mid 1930s.
At any rate, I do believe the tides are turning and we may see something entirely unlike what we've seen these past 150 years. I certainly hope so. Fingers crossed. But if we're still in the "you can't tell the people, you have to show them" stage of "the plan", this case will drag on for many years.
We shall see...
I really don't expect it to drag on for more than a few Months at most....
I just hope it gets to do the whole Video thing like The Kenosha Kids trial....
Since it is a Jury Trial, I hope, and I expect, at least in part, there may be some actual Common Law involved....
Unfortunately, a common law proceeding is not possible if "Attorneys" are involved. Their very role is to "Re-Present" the living man (Donald-Jon of the Trump family). They Re---Present the man as the fictional corporation entity (DONALD J TRUMP) and this is what enables admiralty/maritime courts to "Proceed", via the attorney "motions" which put the dead fictional entities literally into MOTION.
However, none of this precludes Trump from emerging victorious in the legal court proceeding. It just won't be a common law proceeding.
Call them what you will, but Lawyers, Attorneys, Barristers, et al. are not forbidden from applying the common Law....
For themselves, of course. But they are trained to operate solely in the maritime/admiratly courts as "Re- Presenters" of the fictional strawman trust corporation -> YOUR ALL CAPS NAME. They are trained to handle proceedings in "commercial courts" exclusively. All statutes, codes, acts, ordinances, decrees, etc. are part of the corporate commerce realm exclusively, and are utterly meaningless in a common law court. At best, some are REDUNDANT with the common law, rendering them pointless.
In fairness, an attorney could act as a "Counselor At-Law", but only in an advisory capacity for a client. The king/queen/nobleman must speak on one's on behalf in a common law proceeding. There is literally no NEED for an attorney as the jury can easily decide on whether wrong, harm or injury has been caused by the defendent(s) or not - no LEGAL training required, no knowledge of statutes needed.
Well, the Judge being pushed for Recusal is a Clinton Judge....
