Im not sure how that works. Remember, Ubama Al-Barakah illegally appointed them during recess. Both appointed.....never voted on. So......will be interesting.

Might be why Trump (repeatedly) said he may end up nominating 5 or 6 SCOTUS judges after all is said and done.
