Is it positive that this is a real picture? Resident Biden's image looks more sharp and clear to me than the rest of it, except maybe at top of his head. Privilege ranks tradition for him it seems.

It looks like a weird crop. The DoF is likely really shallow on the camera due to mediocre lighting, and if Biden were actually centered in frame, I could see the rest of the image being softened like that. If you look at the guy in the top left, he looks a bit stretched out diagonally (lens distortion, they didn't post-process the image well) but the other 3 corners aren't suffering from it.
