Whoever is in the Resident role is doing a good job of playing "Dementia Joe".
Theory - he's an actor or clone or something like that. BUT, if it IS the "real" Joe, not 100% buying it that he's not faking most of the "dementia" issues to avoid prosecution/Gitmo/death via a "mentally incompetent" excuse. He's been a self-interested, lying, POS for most of his life, so not seeing any reason why this should be any different.
The real Biden would have the same teeth and earlobes as Senator Biden had.
Yes. Too much "weirdness" - the ones you mentioned plus 1/2 smooth and 1/2 wrinkled forehead, different eye color, etc.
The comments PDJT made about Joe being "shot" and, IIRC, "losing half his head" (or something similar) were priceless (and possibly accurate).
The show certainly is "interesting".
