I don't think most of you understand what this graph is showing...
Well, then be a darling Fren and just tell what you see and why it’s interesting or not.
The Rubel is not gaining on the dollar. This chart shoes its still dropping.
Yes, that means our dollar is worth less rubel and their rubel is worth more dollar. That's called gaining. I don't understand much of this kind of thing, but this is basic math.
Lmao retard alert.
The Ruble was 73 for every 1 USD in the beginning of January.
Now the Ruble is 85 for every 1 USD today.
That’s a loss in value dipshit, not a gain!
From the graph, it shows that 89.25 rubles equals 1 dollar. Two weeks ago, March 15th, it was approximately 120 rubles equals 1 dollar. So, it takes approximately 30.75 less rubles to now equal 1 dollar. When it takes less of one thing to equal the same amount of another thing, the first thing gained. Which means the ruble is gaining against the dollar.
And before the war started it was 73 Rubs per dollar.
In 2013 it was 30 Rubs per dollar.
How the fuck is it gaining when it’s currently at 86 per USD still struggling to reach where it was at the start of the year? BaSiC mAtH...
You just got schooled fren, lol.
HE got schooled? Lmao what a fucking joke.
Ruble is worth less today than it was in January. Even with Biden is killing the economy, the USD is still worth more.
Thanks so much, I am not a mathematician. I see some of our frens here have figured it out. Thank goodness I didn't have to depend on your math skills.
But the real question is, are you a Biologist?
These people aren’t just stupid, they’re fucking retarded.
That’s why you’re getting downvoted. Literal fucking retards are mad because you still know what reality is.
1 USD purchased 73 Ruble in January.
1 USD purchases 85/87/whatthefuckever it fluctuates to today & tomorrow.
Therefore, the Ruble has lost value since January, becoming even more worthless than it was previously.
AS A FRAME OF REFERENCE, 1 USD = 30 RUBLE IN 2013.. THEREFORE, THE RUBLE HELD MORE VALUE IN 2013 THAN IT DOES IN 2022.
Yes, me being right means the faggot clowns infesting this place can fuck off and die.
Imagine thinking other people are fucking retarded, when YOU fail to understand that 110 rubles to 1 dollar, shifting to 89 rubles to 1 dollar, demonstrates an increase in the rubles buying power.
Look a bit deeper man. I didn't understand it at first either, but after reading 17JCsCrib26's description in layman's terms, he is absolutely right. Don't be so quick to call other people retards without first taking the time to try and see their perspective.
this is how forex pairs work
lets take USD/RUB
when the chart for USD/RUB goes down, that means that value of the USD against the RUB is dropping.
lets say 1 USD = 100 RUB yesterday
now lets say 1 USD = 1 RUB today
did the value of the dollar (compared to ruble) go up or down?
THE DOLLAR WAS 1:73 RUBLES AT THE START OF THE YEAR.
NOW THE DOLLAR IS 1:87/85/FLUCTUATING OUT THE ASS.
VERY SIMPLE.
THE RUBLE IS WORTH LESS TODAY,
THAN IT WAS IN JANUARY.
It’s not “gAiNiNg VaLuE,” it’s stabilizing after Russia just got their economic shit kicked in.
If you had a shiny rock worth $0.27 in January, was worth $0.01 in March, and is worth $0.15 today, did you gain value so far this year, or not?
If you had 73 Rubles in January, they were worth 1 dollar.
If you had 73 Rubles today, they are worth less than a dollar!
ISN’T MATH FUN?
