God has ALWAYS had the same reaction to sodomy. Nothing has changed. He will destroy the sodomites again.
Um wow. I didn't grow up going to Church. Yes I always believed but I never had a relationship with God. Now I do. I know that homosexuality is a sin but never heard it quite put like this. It makes me wonder will all people who are gay go to hell? Maybe I do not understand enough. There are gay people who claim to be conservative. Then you have television that glorifies this lifestyle. Look at Will and Grace, they made it funny and cool to have a gay friend. Really it was brainwashing to get the sheep to the point of acceptance. I will always be kind to others, God is the judge and jury.
My take: Jesus was sacrificed for us. As long as we repent we can all be saved from our individual sin.

Where in the past, God would destroy all of the 200,000 inhabitants in a land for their sins. I don't think HE would destroy the entire West Coast and over 40 Million people. That's a harsh punishment.
God never changes. And it isn't a harsh punishment, in the Old Testament, He was rooting out the seed of the nephilim and fallen angels, before they could do more harm to the righteous. Pretty much the same thing coming up, real soon, ridding the creation of evil so that His Holy Perfection can glorify it. This glorification is something you WANT to be a part of.
God also sent Jesus so we could be forgiven our sins if we truly repent in our hearts, no? All of our places are a mix of the righteous and the wicked. He would have to destroy the innocent and the forgiven ones with the sinful ones no?
I dont read much of the Bible. I was raised catholic and ditches it at 18. It's only recently I've even let God back in my heart after denying it for a decade and a half. A light went on for me in 2015 and continued to grow but I still distrust organized religion and a man written edited translated Bible however I do remember why Jesus died for us. Some may repent and be saved.

This is the importance of reading the scriptures, in Jerusalem, for instance, believers were told when to flee into the mountains to escape the wrath of God. There is only one way to escape the coming wrath and He tells us in the Word.

If you believe that God created Heaven and Earth, how can you not believe that He has the power to give us His Word without error? No doubt, many bibles have been corrupted by satan, but there are many that haven't been. It's a long story but ask if you want to hear it.
If you have good proof then i am all ears.
How can you tell one that has been translated accurately and hasn't dropped whole books because of the popes or even that man didn't insert false books because of satanic infiltration. I'm sorry I just don't know that I can trust it. I have to hope it's enough that I believe in God and talk to him in my prayers.
