While Moderna may not be sued for their "Covid Vaccine" damage (which they still could be due to fraudulent testing and presenting false data about the vax, which destroys their immunity to prosecution)... Moderna CAN be sued for creating the Covid-19 virus in the first place.
The discovery phase can open up ALL information, including records from any colleges or laboratories that worked on the vax, subpoenas to testify under oath to all of the testing personnel and others involved in the vax, all emails, text messages, computer records, cell phone records, etc... and including any "political donations" made by Moderna. :>)

That is my belief as well. Most government regulated industries work that way. We have a local plant that for most of my life has chosen to pay the EPA fees for water pollution because the cost of retooling to prevent it would be so high. Same idea, they'll trash everything, shrug, and pay the fine rather than lose everything
