Don't agree woth outright banning cultivation. Genesis 1:29 seems pretty clear about plants. But controlling exports is fine if not encouraged.

Agreed, plants have a medicinal purpose. It’s terrible such a great plant as poppy is used for drugs, wealth, etc. I’ve been taking California Poppy herbal tincture to help me sleep. I replaced many years taking zanaflex prescription muscle relaxer and also a sleep aid.
