I heard that there were some foreign "advisors" in the steel works at Mariupol - the Azovstal. Macron has been pleading with Putin to let some people go and the Ukrainians have sent in helicopters under cover of darkness a few times now trying to get these people out.
The Russians have shot down some of them so I guess those people will need to have their wiki entries updated.
