I don't think Biden is putting on an act. He just doesn't have the wherewithal to know better. He's their puppet, but he's malfunctioning and spilling their secrets accidentally all the time. From his greatest election fraud organization comment, to calling for regime change in Russia, to this. He's about to be betrayed by everyone that helped put him in power.
