Hopefully, he will get his job back with back pay. It is absolutely disgraceful how the j6 folks have been in prison all this time and their right to a speedy trial was not given. I have read that that jail has horrid treatment of their prisoners.

Back pay implies it's the employers fault he was unable to work. It's the prosecutors and lapdogs that should pay with their jobs.
