Accelerating? I guess any movement on nearly 6 year old crimes is acceleration. But the question is what is it leading up to? So far the possible penalties are wrist slaps. Even Watergate, with burglary and bugging, didn't amount to more than 4.5 years as the longest prison term.
This is going to happen slowly. Then very suddenly. You have to see things accelerating at this point.
