If the goal is to get this to SCOTUS, this back and forth is expected.
One judge rules one way, then an appellate court rules the other. The plaintiff files for a higher court to appeal the appellate decision, and it goes to the higher court.
It ping pongs until a SCOTUS judge signs off on it being on the docket.
If it doesn't then it'll go into limbo.
Injunctions often go for the plaintiff at the final stage, so the Court itself can avoid bearing responsibility for potential damages, but there's no guarantee on the order of law and procedure being upheld these days...
This is just another kick of the can down the road. Until SCOTUS refuses to enter it into the docket or a SCOTUS judge puts it on the docket, it isn't over.
My worry is they are going to start trying to for e this shit down our throats again.
Bet your life they gonna protect that civil servant retirement fund. Here's food for thought, since the federal gov order you to take the jab, if they are self insured (death benefits) can they still say it was your choice to take a experimental drug?
That's pretty much the jist of it, because you always had the option to quit your job, so you willingly took the jab if you took it to stay employed. I'm pretty sure there are a few insurance companies that have already stated they won't pay death benefits because you willingly took an unapproved experimental drug and it was the cause of death.
Inflation is gonna hit a lot of jobs so hard, especially government jobs, that some like clif_high are predicting many government employees are just gonna walk off the job because it costs more to get to work than they make.
Sucks either way, but that's why inflation should never be allowed to occur in the first place.
