Background checks and vetting for ANYONE who has contact with children or can affect children's welfare in any way.

Especially those soy boys who I see who working for preschools on field trips, supervising little toddlers.

What kind of grown man wants to do that?

They've been eating and drinking to much soy. Estrogen, a woman's hormone, is in soy. It also will lower testosterone levels.
