I can see how someone might argue against free speech in certain circumstances to protect vulnerable people from traumatising content, but to say "I Am Broken" about having free speech?

He must be a really weird person to favour an entirely curated platform and be "broken" if it becomes free speech.

I think this manager has a psychological disorder and isn't suitable for his role. Maybe he's not suited to any managerial role.
