This is the first time I've heard anything at all about an "Aryan Priesthood." The original story is that the plans for Looking Glass were on a Sumerian cylinder. Also, the description the author provides of Looking Glass is actually what the yellow cube does. Looking Glass displays alternate future possibilities...at least until the problem date of December 21, 2012.

My reasoning: If she references this in one of her documents, she either has performed these rites herself or had it done, whatever, she knows where it is filed.

Is that a reasonable supposition? I guessed it would be. It seems she has no clue, meaning, it is either incomplete, or total BS. Either way, the question remains unanswered. And, given the importance assigned to it, it should have been on hand.
