IMHO Wordpress is easy to set up and you can get assistance from accounts you trust from here; there are also a number of good wiki packages that you can set up easily with a little knowhow. It's important for there to be a clearinghouse of hard data, not just accusations, about human trafficking. We used to have an orbital view of human trafficking posted here regularly and it's essential for people to be able to click their state and region and see that pedophiles are being arrested. If you are serious get a good trustworthy content management system and start inviting trustworthy creators.

Also same goes for hosting : which company is the most favored or designed to be for USA’s freedom loving Men and Women? I will say that hostgator which I’ve been using for 20+ years has surprisingly consistent QUALITY customer service results.

If your strategy is merely to redirect or frame (consider a search like https://scored.co/search?query=groomer rather than the main page), then you need to funnel all your energy into advertising.
I don't know that you need to transfer the domain if Hostgator works for you; the DNS provider is largely apolitical. A host is more important and this site uses Cloudflare. I don't know if Wordpress is at risk of shutting you down or not, but you either take a package (Wikimedia is another, any BBS is another) or build your own. VOIP (Vonage) has served us well for phone.
You have a good domain that should last well the first year, but that doesn't mean monetization. For that you need a strategy and probably multiple heads. You may draw some traffic via the name and the adverts but you need to funnel and build affinity after that.
