My body maintains ketosis if I stay under 28 grams of carbs too.
For whatever reason when I get into ketosis - it I maintain for awhile and then exercise it gets better about not jumping out
Honestly if you do fruit - do it in the AM and start with fruits lower in sugar. Then go from there. I suggest bacon and fried eggs. My days are way better cognitively when I do
