I wonder if the Russians can knock out everyone in the pit with fentanyl like they did in the Bolshoi theatre hostage situation. The knockout gas did kill quite a lot of the hostages in that situation.

It was the response and first aid that did it.

If I remember correctly,  if the victims had been laid on their sides instead of backs when removed they would have lived.

It killed mostly the old and the young, those much closer to LD50 dosages. The Chechnyans mostly died of lead poisoning.
