The NWO wants a cashless society. Based on Central Bank Digital Currencies maintained by a global body. They don’t want you to be able to spend what you shouldn’t etc. they don’t want black markets outside of this proposed system.
IE - if you don’t have their mark you won’t be able to conduct business, purchase anything, or even freely move about.

The hand implant is the mechanics. It’s what that implant ties into that is the concern.
