The NWO wants a cashless society. Based on Central Bank Digital Currencies maintained by a global body. They don’t want you to be able to spend what you shouldn’t etc. they don’t want black markets outside of this proposed system.
IE - if you don’t have their mark you won’t be able to conduct business, purchase anything, or even freely move about.
