Being immune to the panic, my response is "so what?" Seems to me that unless you're making a target of yourself, this is just another rule they don't have the manpower to enforce.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but ultimately, the people it truly effects are people putting weapons together from kits and not registering them like a gun maker does. If that's the case, then it appears Uncle Gubmint wants his piece of the action. It's not like criminals have either the skillsets or inclinations to put their own together.
Just my take on it. For all I know, people are putting together M2s from kits, which I personally approve of. I'm just seeing this as a money grab instead of a gun grab.
From my understanding of going over the actual ATF "rule change" the last several hours myself, it didn't actually ban 80% guns. All it did was formally enact a previous ATF ruling that "Buy, Build, Shoot" Kits are "firearms". Companies that don't sale everything in a single kit, ala Polymer 80, and instead make you purchase all the crap you need to build an 80% gun separately aren't affected at all by this. At least, that's my understanding after wading through the legalize and political double speak
Not gonna fly in Montana, sorry Joe.

The left has been bypassing the Constitution for a number of years and now more so than ever, so is anyone really surprised by this?
..."no"....
Because of this excellent rule, Chicago is now a gun free zone.
So is this more racism from the current admin? Asking for a fren.
Get your 80%'s while you can 😉
We knew early on he would have to learn the hard way. This is more of the same.
