Yes you will be. Just take vitamin D C and B12 + multivitamins. I am sick with big nasal polyps and gluten free and big allergies. I was sick on being sick and started again doing research which I always do, but God always help me finding the answers I need. I found a lady commenting about the same issues I have and she wrote that taking a lot of vitamin c (ascórbic acid)daily helps to get rid of all diseases and other expert also talked about vitamin D3 magnesium Zinc. I do not take medications because it destroys my liver. Just consult with doctors and you will see results. I am getting better with 50,000 units (vitamin d) per week + organic multivitamins daily but I think I will take more if it is possible. Love to all and God bless.

if you can get blood work done to check your vit d and PTH + calcium levels, theres no such thing as vitamin d toxicity, it becomes a calcium tox or a thyroid issue.

i take 15k per day with all the cofactors, i loaded at 70k a day for a week...
