They should pool their resources and sue the company for violating their constitutional rights. So many people don't seem to understand what the constitution is. So they wind up doing things in a convoluted way, rather than the straight-forward way. I'm not saying it's easy. Of course not, the enemy doesn't want to make anything good, easy. But that doesn't mean it's not worth pursuing. And there are patriot lawyers available to help.
You can point to the constitution or whatever all day long, and you will still be buying into their frame, their narrative.
Just ignore them completely, let them fire you, and then move on with your life.
No arguments, no lawsuits, no crying...
Yes, you could do that. I just think it's cowardly.
