Undisclosed was wrong word. I meant unacknowledged. - You could have TS or Above TS clearance with "Access" to a special access project. It's an entire other level (need to know?) for the "unacknowledged". The difference being hiding the funding from congress over sight etc. - I would bet some or most of these biolabs discovered in Ukr are buried in this somehow.
Thing is, congress did fund those labs. That's why politicians currently in office, like Pelosi and Schiff, are going ape-shit over Russia. They don't want that info broadcast to the world in the open. They know our mainstream media is in the bag for them, but it's smaller outfits and foreign media that they worry about.
