There was 'something' very wrong with where the Rissian 'flagship' was positioned.
First, the Russian 'Flagship' to my understanding was commissioned in 1982. That is a 40 year old ship. It was said it was within 30 Km of the Ukrainian coast. IMHO, a flagship wouldn't be within striking range of the coast line. It would be in the back of the other ships further out at sea. Being so close to the coastline doesn't make any sense to me. It is also reported that all the crew was evacuated from the ship. I haven't read of anyone dying on that ship. Hmmmm, no casualties?
So, I ask this question. Did the Russians just create a 'Pearl Harbor" of their own to rally the Russian people?
I only know that a flagship is the ship where the admiral is located because my father was in the Navy. Probably a lot of people don't know this. If the admiral moves to another ship, that becomes the flagship and flies the admiral's flag, if I remember correctly.
Apparently when I was really small and Daddy was back in during Korea, I screamed, "Daddy!!!" at any guy in a Navy uniform. Those Navy frogs are the best frogs.
Only because this came up many years ago while we were watching a WWII movie about I think Midway. Daddy talked about how the admiral's battleship was hit during a battle and when the admiral was moved to the smaller ship he was serving on, they became the flagship.

And increase the arrogance of the pro-Ukrainian NPCs.
Or a dirty admiral set it up to support the d.s. narrative.
Maybe. He seriously breached naval protocol.

Correct! Finally, someone that knows.

I was in the Navy. It still holds true.
Thank you.
With their new found Oil and Gas wealth ( thanks to the Biden pedo party ) they can afford to build new ones.
A ship that's 40 years old is at the extreme limits of its longivity.
