“Durham notes that both the CIA and FBI were sent on an effective wild goose chase by the Clinton campaign. He notes that the government found the allegations to be manufactured and not even technically possible. He refers to the CIA in the following passage:
Agency-2 concluded in early 2017 that the Russian Bank-1 data and Russian Phone Provider-1 data was not “technically plausible,” did not “withstand technical scrutiny,” “contained gaps,” “conflicted with [itself],” and was “user created and not machine/tool generated.”
Quotes like this have me worried that Durham is going to let the three letter agencies off the hook. I have studied spygate since the very beginning and if the FBI and C-A were sent on a wild goose chase, they did so with willful ignorance.
At the highest levels, State, C-A, FBI, the IG, DoJ, the SSCI, HSCI, Gang of Eight, the Executive Office of the President and the Clinton Campaign were equally involved in this op. By the end of December 2016 the FBI field office investigating Russian collusion had shut down the op because there was no evidence, only to be overruled by the FBIs 7th floor.
All of them trying to maintain plausible deniability which Durham seems to have bought into.
I hope I am wrong. The People will not see Justice until the Government itself is held accountable.
I agree with everything you said and the only reason I can think of would be answered within Durham’s scope. My guess is that he can only prosecute individuals and not institutions. Restructuring of the government would come after the garbage is taken out. Saying the cia/fbi were sent on wild goose chases does not necessarily mean that individuals within those organizations were not complicit in the misdirection.
I agree, I don't think the government can be stopped.
I think it will need to be purged of the worse criminals in office. The corrupt government will never hold itself to the same standards it holds the citizens to.

Layers, fren. He's peeling it back like an onion. Or a season of The Wire
