The past decade has taught us… a dude does not even have to be anywhere near a woman to be accused of rape, get canceled, and in this case potentially get his balls cut off, only to find out much much later, after an investigation that the girl lied.
So what is the equal and just punishment for a woman who raped or falsely accuse rape a dude?
These ‘laws’ which sounds like justice is a one way road to hell frankly. No different than the insane Sharia laws of Islam.
In a world of lawyers, you must cover your ass. In this day and age, I would require proof of consent before any random sexual encounter. I do not participate in random sexual encounters and don't even date any more, so it is a moot point for me. Any accusations against me would have to be proven in a court of law with some measure of proof. All of this aside, the Nigerians are making a plain declaration that rape will have dire consequences. I'm fairly certain that this is extremely unlikely to ever happen in our country because I believe that the vast majority of our lawmakers are rapists and would never allow a law like this to be passed.
