From the documents I saw (and assuming they were legit) it appeared that diplomatic bags were being used to transfer blood samples and other matter from Ukraine back to other embassies. It also seemed to indicate that local to some bio labs, the local populations were having unusual outbreaks of exotic viruses, involving some dying, further it indicated that there was an active targeting of White Russian Genes using mosquitoes and other airborne carriers with the assumption that specific people could be targeted in the future.
