Oh, thank you so much! I had seen in the twitter comments that some were calling out the person who posted the info as lacking in reading skills. I now see what they meant. This seems to be referring to those people who have such extreme anxiety about getting vaccines / shots that sedating them may be a last resort. If that's truly the context, then I do agree the twitter poster who posted this was basically wrong and possibly even using it as a scare tactic. Of course, the conspiracy theorist in me knows that just the suggestion of using this technique could and would likely be used by those interested in committing nefarious acts.
