Pure speculation on my part, but I imagine that whatever happened on Epstein’s island - trafficking - that, let’s say someone (another trafficked victim) or even a “John” witnessed somebody getting hurt but the witness is out of it - inebriated/drugged - so Epstein’s crew “play act” that they are giving aid to the hurt/injured person and put them in an ambulance giving the witnesses the impression that the island is bigger than they thought and peace of mind that things aren’t as fucked up as they seem. Meanwhile the ambulance carts the injured person off to God only knows what sort of fate.
After reviewing all of the videos/images, my hunch (which is pure speculation) was that there was a pretty big barge/ship off of a dock big enough to drive on. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if that "ambulance" made visits to neighboring islands and was used to transport people/kids to and from the island via barge.
Next we'll find out he was the driver of the "ambulance" on Little St James island.
I never ever understood why there was an ambulance in those pictures of Jeffery's island. Did that ever get figured out and I missed it?

Could’ve been a convenient way to transport kids, bodies or body parts inconspicuously
