Well, it's Latin, so word order doesn't matter, it's correct in any permutation.

I think about that JFK speech occasionally. Can you imagine telling people today that we need, as a nation, to choose to do things that are hard? Too many people think placing a Ukrainian flag emoji on their Twitter profile actually accomplishes something.
