Well, I think the progression may be like this:

1. They don't have the immunity they are telling everyone they have.
2. The exception to immunity is "willful misconduct."
3. In addition, they deliberately misled, and continue to mislead, people about FDA approval.

So, I'd say civil lawsuits will soon be on the way after people figure out 1, 2, and 3.

Then come criminal trials.
