When I was little, I wanted to be a girl very badly. I fantasized about it with frequency. Thankfully my parents weren't leftists yet or they might have destroyed my life. You see, with some patience and experience, I realized that what I wanted wasn't to be a girl at all. What I really wanted was access to a girl's parts, which is 100% normal and expected of boys reaching my age range at the time.
If you reject someone just because they're mentally ill, even if they don't try to force that mental illness on to everyone else, then I'd say you're not a very great person.
Next time you see someone with Alzheimer's, I expect you to abrasively yell at everyone around you for "having unity with someone who is mentally ill".
Reminder that Blair White disagrees with the transgenderization of the youth, and just because they have a fairly well documented mental illness that is either caused by something wrong in their brain or from abuse as a child doesn't mean that they are somehow not a person, can't be right about anything or somehow "not allowed to be on our side".

Mentally ill people can still be good people. You are not protecting anyone by tearing down someone who uses their experiences to try and steer people away from having to go through those experiences like they have.
I used to work at a University and remember several very irate parents that wanted to see their child's grades. They really couldn't understand why, when in many cases, they were paying for it. I told them your kid has to sign a form which allows you access. They honestly couldn't believe it.
Anyone talking to your 5 year old about gender fluidity or sexuality should be behind bars, never to be around children again.
