If what's rumored to be below is true then the evidence of it is one of the most valuable assets of the war. I think they want the avostal underground intact.
It looks like there is a Canadian general trapped down in there. Also any highly placed Western military officers could provide useful intel. There were estimated to be about 400 non-Ukrainians "mercenaries" down there and about a thousand Ukrainians.
