Thanks, it really struck me as very odd that Vanguard, and also Elon Musk would donate so much with zero to gain publicly as it went through the books to make it seem like Heard had donated.
So I guess the question is what does Vanguard (and those that are at the top) use Amber Heard for, hmmmm.

I don't think she's got 200 bucks to her name if I'm gonna be honest. I think most these hollywood geeks are given an allowance to spend and any expenditure is carefully audited by their handlers. The lambos and big houses are made to house these people in specific communities where they can be watched.
