Are there any cures for hepatitis? Is this the next Fauci spawned mass extinction event?

Hey OP, that all depends on what Hep you're talking about.
HEP A and E are acute and usually resolve on their own with supportive care.
HEP B,D stick around longer (maybe for rest of life) - someone can only get Hep D if they already have Hep B infection - treatments exist but may have to be taken for rest of life.
Hep C can be cured in most people if caught soon enough.
Hep is spread much the same as HIV (Bodily fluid contact) so unlikely it will be a pandemic unless they find a way to weaponize it and make it airborne. (Don't give them any ideas...)
My whole family got hepatitis when I was like 5. All I remember is my mom making me eat hard candy and drink chocolate shakes. Back then, our doctor made house calls, and he came to care for us multiple times, but I don't remember any medication; I was only 5. However, I do remember growing to hate lemon drops and chocolate shakes for a long time.
Hepatitis sounds delicious....
It was awesome for a few days, but even kids have a limit. :)
Lemon drops are my favorite
It took a while to desire them again, but they're my favorite hard candy again too. :)
More than likely had Hep A then - usually spread by eating food that has been contaminated by someones fecal mater. If your whole family caught it at the same time, whoever was the "chef" did not wash their hands before serving.
My dad got it first. My mom took us to get the Hepatitis shot and then the rest of got it. I have actually contracted almost every disease that I had been previously vaccinated for. Parents had blind trust for doctors back then. I hope that's changing now.
You more than likely were already infected when you went for the vaccine then. Hep A incubation is anywhere from 15-50 days before symptoms. Your dad just was first to show symptoms.
Viruses don't exist. Hepatitis is the resolution phase of holding a deep-seated anger that couldn't be outwardly expressed.
Terrain theory is compelling but I haven’t looked into it deeply enough.
I wish more people understood how shaky the ground germ theory rests on truly is.
That and quantum physics
Yep, it's all shaky. I'm not a proponent of terrain theory either. I think neither. We underestimate the power of our minds by a factor of at least a kajillion!
Next you'll be expecting us to believe that Cooties don't exist either.
Oh cooties are the real deal. I caught them off Holly Spencer in 2nd grade after she snuck up and kissed me.
Kissed you in the 2nd grade? Oh the humanity...
Dude, I was 5 and had an awesome childhood. I also believe there's a lot to terrain theory, but not in this case.
I had it when I was 13 or so and was sick as a dog for at least a week, complete with jaundice. I never took meds for it. Hopefully people can get through it if they have to.
I should say I can't donate blood because I had it after the cut-off age of 12 or 13. Blood supplies could be further diminished.
They've gotten around this now in case a loved one needs your blood type.
I had no idea! They never let me donate otherwise.
I just learned this a few years ago when my daughter needed blood.
Another disease making the rounds makes people shit their pants. It's called the Nadler variant.
