Right or give them a panic room that locks on the outside completely devoid of air ventilation. They can breathe their own carbon dioxide all they want, or better yet put them all on a tiny deserted island with no transportation off and no outside communication or medical provisions where they can all molest each other to their tiny hearts content until they die of aids or whatever other disgusting diseases they can transmit to each other.
The Constitution does not guarantee us a right to not be triggered. Getting triggered is an opportunity to get to know and learn to deal with the vagaries of our minds. You could say that character is the ability to control your own mind by rising above it.
Being "triggered" does not kill you. Maybe those being "triggered" could learn to control their emotions. That would be progress.

Being triggered is generally from a mental disability of some sort. PTSD, for example, from a traumatic event.
