He’ll end up dead. But seriously he has patents on several compounds that are antiviral AND antimicrobial from Agarikon mushrooms. I believe he’s trying to grow them in lab not sure on success yet. They’re only found in Pac NW & I think Asia. I’ve grown mushrooms myself & it’s a fascinating hobby. Stamets saved his Mom from cancer using Turkey Tail mushrooms but I think she might have already been on chemo? Not 100% on that.
