I have been concerned about people taking huge amounts of zinc recommended by providers that virtually know nothing about nutritional supplements. Physicians are not required to study nutrition as part of their curriculum so people must be careful about jumping on the bandwagon. When someone is fighting active infection, zinc can be increased - but for healthy people, 15mg every couple of days is fine. Also, any zinc supplement should also contain copper to balance the zinc. Too much zinc can lead to depletion of copper. That can lead to anemic like symptomology. People with a history of anemia must also be cautious taking large amounts of zinc.
I see you've met our own NPCs. They also like to take ivermectin for a cold and swear it helped despite recovering from the cold in a normal time frame.
Many people take Baby Aspirin that is 60 mg everyday to every other day. Now they are saying not to take Aspirin, but that could be because they are trying to kill us. Dr. Ryan Cole a based, intelligent pathologist who is studying effects of the jab, said he still recommends Baby Aspirin for seniors everyday to every other day. Seems it would help post jab.
Also, doesn't the mRNA become part of the cell's DNA to continuously make the Spike Protein? To my understanding, there is the most shedding in the first few months then it tapers off. I don't know if it stops entirely.
OP is correct. I had 2 stomach ulcers at the same time from taking too much NSAID medication (aspirin, ibuprofin, naproxen, etc.) for back and arthritis pain, and now I am not supposed to take oral NSAIDs at all, period. I can use them topically (Aspercreme, etc.) with no problems, but I can't put them into my stomach. I do still take aspirin occasionally for migraines as that is one ingredient in Excedrin Migraine Formula and that's all that works for me, but I avoid it as much as humanly possible because I don't want any more ulcers. Please be careful not to do the same thing to your stomach that I did to mine.
You can take too much vitamin d, and 5,000iu of D3 is more than enough unless you have chronically low vitamin d blood levels. I've tested chronically very low for a long time and I've been told to only take 10,000iu a day. Vitamin d is fat soluble, which means it could continue to collect in your body over time if you're taking too much. It's not like most vitamins that are eventually peed out of your body. Too much D3 supplements over time can be a bad thing. I don't remember exactly what the bad result is, but it's something serious enough to be careful with taking excessive doses of D3. 2,000iu is often enough when you're supplementing the sunlight you get. Maybe 5,000 iu through the winter if you're not outside much during the day.
Off topic post: Mr Stamets has invented altered mushroom mycelia which are very good at attracting and destroying pathogens, biopesticides and insects. This can replace nearly everything Monsanto has invented.
To help keep my arteries clear; started years ago when I had heart issues. I haven't had COVID -- that I know of -- but I'm occasionally around "vaccinated" people and the last thing I want is spike-protein-induced micro-clots (or ANY blood clots). I've read that aspirin doesn't do much to prevent micro-clots but nattokinase does. Had a D-dimer test -- which can find micro-clots -- last month and had a negative result, which "virtually rules out active thrombotic events" per the laboratory test result sheet. Note that a positive test may result from blood clots OR a few other things, including cancer, so further testing is then necessary.
I take the nattokinase in the morning, on an empty stomach, along with pycnogenol in a formula from Life Extension called VenoFlow. It's $36/bottle of 30 in Qty 4 or more. Not cheap but neither are heart attacks. And of course if Big Pharma had anything that actually did what this does, it'd cost $500/month or more (and have a nasty list of side-effects).
That's a great TL;DR for your excellent post. With many millions of Americans (and billions world-wide) already injected with the Poison Death Shot (I love Dr. Zelenko's name for it), posts like this one should be stickied and sent around to everyone we know.
I'll add this: Cardiovascular, Immune system, and Neurological health are ALL impaired by the "vax." For that matter, they all tend to get impaired from simple aging, so researching and attending to those systems with proper diet, exercise, and supplements is important for those who want to live longer than they might otherwise -- and enjoy in better health while alive.
I'd be very careful. As I said above, I got 2 simultaneous stomach ulcers from taking daily NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofin, naproxen, etc.) for back and arthritis pain. Now I have to avoid them as much as possible because once you get an ulcer you're prone to getting more. You can use the aspirin topically (Aspercreme, etc.), but don't put so much in your stomach. Also try turmeric and other natural anti-inflammatories and see if they help your back pain.
I have been taking a 500mg Aspirin every day since the kill shot I was forced to take back last november.
Every day : Aspirin, quercetin 600mg, zinc 50mg, tumeric ??mg, NAC 1200mg, vit C 3000mg, vit D 4000 iu.
Every week or two a shot of ivermectin.
You should take turmeric not tumeric! And take black pepper, which aids absorption.
yea my spooling sacks ;) It has the black pepper in the capsules.
I've not seen those claims of high dose zinc. I probably just missed the posts with those. Too much of anything is probably a bad thing.

thanks guy, I did not know that aspirin lasts for a couple of days. I will scale it back to every other day.

Anyone's thoughts?
Aspirin irreversibly inhibits platelets for 7 days.
Boron - a very critical and often overlooked element. https://www.bitchute.com/video/OsESn7JQZavb/

i'd also recommend Chaga mushroom harvested from a live tree
Yeah, if you’re a mycophile. Most can’t or won’t. Paul Stamets company has good, fresh chaga fyi. I take a few medicinal mushrooms.

so 1200mg is good then :)
I have been experimenting with nattokinase so that I can recommend it to vaxxers when they come to their senses.

Another data point here: I've been using it (nattokinase) daily for years.
For what purpose?

Is taking two low dose aspirin 162 mg a day for low back pain ok?
I'd be very careful. As I said above, I got 2 simultaneous stomach ulcers from taking daily NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofin, naproxen, etc.) for back and arthritis pain. Thank you
Have had great success with Serrapeptase - and have actually combined with Nattokinase (or alternated).
Break up scar tissue as well!
