My dad trusts TV news over any other source and I can't convince him that it's all lies.

Does your Dad have any vast knowledge on something specific?

Knoll's Law is a great way to red pill people who believe fake news. Put something in front of them that they can debunk with a quick thought and remind them these journalists are activists chosen for their ability to take dick in the ass or guzzle cum NOT because they accurately report facts.
