Yes, even NewsMax is putting a hawkish spin on this. It reads as though Russia is the aggressors and is preparing to expand their conflict in Ukraine.

Its EXACTLY the opposite. This is clearly RU warning its citizens that the WEST is hellbent on starting WWIII.
